L’hotel est trop sale c’est la même chambre que j’ai réservé pas de serviette de bain j’ai demandé 3 lit séparée il mon donné un lit double et un sample quand j’ai demandé à la réception il mon dit ils vont voir sachant que on est arrivé à 0h30 les heures passent jusqu’à 2h du matin ils ont rien fait j’ai dû séparer Lit moi-même j’ai demandé une couette en plus pas moyen d’avoir une les serviettes de bain je suis parti les chercher moi-même alors qu’on était au huitième étage l’ascenseur toujours occupé, on a dû monter les valises nous-mêmes pas de service, la chambre trop étroite salle de bain moisissure la clim marche toute seule. Les lumières s’éteint pas mais en retirant la carte la lumière du couloir s’allume. Elle s’éteint toute seule, on dirait y a des fantômes. Rien qui va ici je demande le remboursement de ma nuit elle était retournée en cauchemar j’arrivais pas à dormir les poubelles, pas vidé j’ai dû mettre ma chemise pour cacher la lumière, elle s’éteint pas
