Wonderful stay

The rooms ara spacious nice and clean, the pools are good for the kids and you can choose from a hot water to a refreshing one.
The restaurant has improved since last time I was there and the food is very good now.
The only thing that is not good are the prices. Very expensive.

Could be better

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in February, 2014. It is situated out of town and has a lovely outlook over a lake and countryside. Unfortunately our stay was marred by poor reception on our arrival. Our room was dissappointing. Large but barren and felt like we were underground. When we opened the shutters we found a view of the carpark -and this despite the hotel being nearly empty. When we booked the hotel we requested a family room but even so, one of our two children had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Other than this, the pools were lovely and the rest of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok but we went into town for dinner.

Tem MUITO o que melhorar. O café tem início às 7h, mas somente parte dos itens está servida e nem o filme plástico que cobre as bandejas é retirado. Não servem refeições no quarto. Não há lista de ramais disponível para contatar a recepção, sendo necessário ir pessoalmente para tratar de qualquer assunto. O check-in foi bastante demorado (poucos funcionários para atender). Impossível falar por telefone para reservar, tirar dúvidas etc. Somente um canal de tv disponível.

CANCELAMENTO DE HOSPEDAGEM

Sr° (ª) ouvidor(ª), é lamentavelmente e confusa a forma disposta no site das opções de quartos, induzindo ao erro o cliente, se não vejamos, quarto triplo, "Camas: 1 cama de solteiro , 1 cama de casal ou 3 camas de solteiro" onde consta para o cliente que ele terá disponibilidade de outra cama para um pré-adolescente no caso de um casal com 1 ou 2 filhos, agora vamos para quarto duplo que foi a minha reserva " e que fui obrigado fazer pela configurações possíveis de duas camas de solteiro ou uma de casal, dai e um opção de solicitar uma cama casal, que também não existe disponibilidade no site em nenhum lugar informando isto. Estou cancelando por falta de informações clara de configurações de quartos no SITE, acredito que causa muita confusão a falta disponibilidade de uma configuração para quarto família, sendo que o site do hotel faz menção há um ambiente familiar. Então me sinto frustrado depois desta experiência. Liguei diversas vezes no hotel recebi muitas informações desencontradas, gerente não estava a vice gerente não respondeu, ou seja, pleno descaso não vou indicar ninguém e não será nunca mais minha rota de férias, lamento pois era presente de aniversario do meu filho.

Péssimo atendimento

Os empregados do atendimento são educados, mas são destatentos e não recebem um treinamento adequado sobre os serviços e produtos oferecidos pelo hotel. Tudo o que você pegunta ou pede para um funcionário, por mais ordinário que seja, ele não sabe e precisa peguntar para outro funcionário.
No restaurante, embora tenha pago por todas as refeições para todos da reserva, eles disseram que não poderiam servir um prato específico para minha filha de 5 anos (ela teria que "comer com os pais para não desperdiçar", tive que pedir um prato para duas crianças dividirem, nunca vi tanta mesquinharia com uma diária de 1,3k).
Os equipamentos do hotel são antigos e carecem de uma boa reforma.
Os toboáguas deveriam ser interditados pelos bombeiros, porque estão velhos, desgastados e com a estrutura bem enferrujada. Detalhe: não havia guardavidas nas piscinas, nem nos toboáguas, e as crianças de qualquer idade desciam de qualquer jeito nos toboáguas.
Não há recreação infantil.
O hotel está em um lugar muito bonito, tem piscinas com águas termais, poderia ser bom, mas infelizmente tem uma péssima gestão.
