O local é lindo as acomodações também. Os chalés então!
Só achei com cara de abandono. As áreas sujas . Os quartos com cheiro de mofo. Precisa melhorar. Pois lá é muito lindo. Os funcionários atenciosos .
A vista da lagoa é muito linda. Dar pra relaxar bastante.

The place is beautiful, but the hostel needs to improve.

The place is very beautiful, has a nice deck that advances over the pond, and the room in which I stayed had a beautiful view. The service is good, and the breakfast very varied. The hostel needs investment and cleanliness. Behind the coffee table there is a kind of table, made of concrete and glued to the wall, so dirty and full of garbage that I did not have the courage to put my cup on top, to be able to keep my hands free. The floor and the walls also had a lot of limo. On the way to my room there was a spring water pouring permanently on the floor, which was already with limo, should be piped to leave the floor dry. At the entrance of my room there was an opening in the wall where I could see an unidentified animal, ⁇ a rat or frog. I took a room with hydromassage, but the water flow was so small that we gave up filling. The mattress was king size, but very hard, like the pillows. In the bathroom there was not even a single hood to hang the towels, basically. It had a window only with glass and no curtain in the room, taking away privacy and leaving very clear to sleep.

This place is absolutely awful, the owner is rude and doesnot make you feel welcome. The room is disgusting: the bathroom is dirty, Taps don't work, very noisy and lack of insulation, the mattress is hard and the bed linen is dirty, even the lights either don't work or of very bad quality. The bathroom supplies are sparse (1 small towel and piece of soap per person). The place literally stinks, the facilities are antiquated and very, very dirty (photos on request). There is a bar just across the road that plays loud music all day and night making it nearly impossible to relax and sleep. Finally they don't have a proper parking and bother you several times a day to move your car, they even moved my car without my consent. There are so many things wrong with this place that we stopped counting. This pousada almost ruined our holiday, don't let it ruin yours: Avoid at all costs

Pode melhorar com reparos nas instalações e troca de equipamentos e manutenção nos apartamentos.
O café da manhã também precisa de uma maior atenção e melhoria no local onde é servido.

Sinceramente, não recomendo a ninguém!
A pousada estava muito cheia pois eles realizam um Day- use no horário do check-in a piscina estava muito cheia a de pessoas, e ao final do dia estava tudo muito sujo.
Fiquei hospedado no bangalô número 42 e o mesmo estava com mal cheiro de urina de gato, também achei o local inseguro e por fim na hora do check out o computador da recepção não estava funcionando e fiquei esperando mais de uma hora para poder ir embora!
Muito frustrante, nas fotos parece ser uma coisa mas na a realidade não condiz.
Café da manhã muito fraco!
