I recommend

Passing through the city, we stayed only one night, during the journey of a long journey.
Simple hotel, spacious accommodation, comfortable bed, good shower, helpful staff and good breakfast.
Table rate value slightly above cost-benefit.
We recommend the hotel.

Very Reasonably Priced, Pet Friendly Hotel

Needed somewhere to stay while driving from Sao Paulo to Chapeco.
Needed one room for 3 adults and two medium sized dogs.
Reception was fine, but only have an English speaker occasionally, depending who's working.
We arrived late (around 11pm), and hungry. The restaurant was closed but there was the option of a selection of hot & cold meals from the room service menu (24 hr) at a very reasonable price. I had the Canja and it was lovely, and didn't I have to wait long for it to be delivered!
Bathroom was ok. Clean and adequate. No real complaints.
Bed was comfortable, one pillow each provided, but had more in the wardrobe if required, along with extra blankets/duvet.
TV in room had just standard free channels, but had a USB socket so you could watch your own movies etc from an external hard drive/USB flash drive.
Breakfast was fine. No complaints.
Wifi can be a bit hit and miss depending which room you're in.
Stayed here 3 separate nights and would happily stay here again.
Very good value for money I thought.

Decent enough is all

Very basic, yet clean, comfortable hotel. The service was what disappointed me a bit. They made it feel it was a big effort to help with anything. No iron and ironing board - and when I asked if they had any in the hotel for me to borrow, the answer I got was a dry "No. You should've brought your own, sir." And their price is not cheap... Anyways, not going back.

Not Impressed

Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by a friendly and warm staff despite none of them spoke another language other than Portuguese, but managed to get the information I needed. The room had a musty odor upon entry. The showerhead was caked with mold and slim. Quite gross actually. The WiFi consistently dropped and the a/c would not cool the room efficiently. The only good point is that it's near the airport and just two blocks away is one of the best Brazilian Churrascaria's in the area, Velha Napolitana.
