Primeira questão, isto é um Motel e não um hotel.
O Hotel/Motel só é indicado caso você não tenha muita grana e não tem para onde ir, dai você pode optar por este lugar, caso contrário fuja. O banheiro possui fios expostos nos chuveiro, a cama, travesseiro e o ar são péssimos. Assim que amanheceu sai correndo.

Opção barata e simples

Passei um final de semana neste hotel de acomodações modestas, mas agradáveis.
Os quartos são simples, têm televisão a cabo, wi-fi e banheiro. Fica entre o terminal Carrão e a Av. Conselheiro Carrão, na Zona Leste de S. Paulo.Café da manhã incluso, mas também é bem simples, não espere um buffet de frutas ou algo mais sofisticado. Para quem vai para aquela região e precisa de um lugar barato para ficar, é recomendado.
Tem estacionamento, mas não cabem muitos carros.
Distante do metrô Carrão cerca de 20/30 minutos, dependendo do trânsito.
