The room was comfortable with a handy coffee maker and microwave. Wish we did not have to walk over to the front office after using the 2 regular coffee packages. The room is only cleaned if requested. Having access to local tv stations was useful. The mattress were a little more firmer than Howard Johnson that we used across the road previously. The water temperature did change during showers. The floor had signs of water damage and had curls that could catch shoes. One irritation was having to resign-in to WIFI 2 or 3 times a day. Parking was convenient for the room we had otherwise for other rooms parking is distant from the parking lot. Daily breakfast was a yogurt and muffin that I could not eat due to a sensitivity. Tim Hortons was just next door and MacDonalds was across the street. I would still return to hotel in the future.

Power out no hot water

In the morning when I went to microwave a cup of water, a breaker must have flipped because the microwave, television and the light by the bed all went out. I tried to text the number I was given, but there was an immediate no one available response. I went to take a shower but there was not hot water. I used to coffee maker to warm up some water to wash my face with. Hours later, and I have left, but there is still no response from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast that was handed out a checkin consisted of two small prepackaged muffins and two juice boxes. I would not stay there again, obviously the service has gone downhill since the hotel changed hands. The people I know here recommended that I stay at the Holiday Inn Express next time I over night in Gananoque.

Great for 1 night stay due to bad weather! Price very reasonable & accommodation comfortable. Breakfast is just in a bag…juice, muffin & yogurt

Firstly there was nothing online stating an additional $250 deposit was required. 2ND. Our bed wasn't even tucked on an entire side. The fireplace doesn't work.No garbage can in the room, not even bathroom..only 1 small recycle bin in the room.The bathroom fan was so noisey. The duvet was very thin. The signs in the halls are wrong. We walked in circles to find our room.

The room was beautiful and the price was good. The breakfast was in a paper bag, handed to us at check in. This is not what we were expecting for "breakfast included". We were there in November so maybe that's why it wasn't a regular "breakfast included" experience.
