Everything about the stsy was short and sweet. The front desk clerk was wonderful and delt with my stress of my flight being cancelled last minute, card not working and being almost midnight when checking in. Room was clean, noise wasnt bad at all. They allowed a late check out without hesitation. All around great!

Just ok for £250 per night.

Just ok. Only makes a3 star due to fridge which makes it better than a UK premier inn equivalent. Connecting doors are paper thin and we could hear word for word everything. A shower curtain in a shower seems really old and unhygienic nowadays. Bedside lights flicker. Something comes on with noise every hour ish. Vagrant outside on the pavement when we arrived.

Noisy - felt like you’re living in an open highway , couldn’t sleep because of the noise level, as a gold member we were suppose to be offered with welcome drinks but nothing. Clean inside and rooms however first time experience that the hotel didn’t offered complimentary toiletries and asked for additional charges,' something to think about.

Well located but no hotel parking. They will offer you parking they have access to across the street down a block and cost $25 per night! Cant checkin until 4pm, this is crazy. You drive in ftom out of town pay high prices and between a 4pm checkin and an 11am checkout you are paying for 19 hours use. Shower towels very thin. Bed comfortable, decent bar but expensive. Restaurant food was good service excellent but you cannot charge to your room.

This boutique hotel had a lot of charm and the staff were friendly. The parking is underground in a building kiddy corner to the Rialto and is at an extra cost or on the street. Although they do not have a fitness center in the building either, they will give you day passes to a nearby fitness center.
