Completely Delightful!

What a completely delightful experience! We joined our son and his family for a 2-night stay which was too short to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer during the summer.
This accommodation was perfectly appointed for our family of 5, with two comfortable bedrooms and full baths. The kitchen is also well-equipped for those who wish to prepare meals with a super-market within a short walk. We, however, opted to have dinners at local restaurants with an international array of choices.
What we loved about this particular unit, #204, was that it overlooked the Olympic Plaza with an unobstructed view of the snow-capped peaks. We observed that many other hotels/condos overlook the picturesque streets and lack natural views and sunny exposures. Another plus of #204 is that it is just above a wonderful playground for children. A potential downside for some guests might be playground noise, but it was such a bonus for our 5-year old grandson who immediately made new playmates.
Another plus of this location is that Purely Bread, a renowned local bakery fronts onto Olympic Plaza. We enjoyed these scrumptious breakfast pastries with morning coffee.
This was our first visit to Whistler, hopefully to be followed by others, and we would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Tyndall Stone- Whiski Jack condo

Our two bedroom- two bath condo was a huge disappointment. It was quite small and looked worn and tired. The queen bed in one bedroom severely sagged in the middle and made it impossible for two people to sleep in it. The twin beds in the very small second bedroom were so uncomfortable especially since one was literally inches from the bathroom door. The unit had very thin walls and you could hear lots of noise from the playground outside and people talking as they walked to restaurants/bars in the immediate vicinity. The building even had signs throughout prohibiting talking in the hallways after 10pm because the noise would enter the units. There is NO front desk. We had reserved for one week but left after the first nite and drove back to Vancouver.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy this property. The units were updated in 2021, with new kitchens, flooring and bathrooms. The queen beds were replaced this last fall. It's hard to say in what way you booked, but it sounds like it might have been through a timeshare, given that you booked for 1 week in October. We provide images and unit size information on all booking sites and new images would also be shared of the renovations.
We realize that our condos are not right for everyone. We expect that our guests will review the information before they arrive to ensure it will meet their needs. The information provided will also explain that, as a condo complex, this property is not a hotel. The units are managed individually by different property managers, including Whiski Jack Resorts, who manages 12 here.

Perfect spot to explore whistler on foot. Park the car for free under the building and forget about it. Enjoyed the pool.
Easy access to whistler village and probably in the slightly quieter part of town so not noisy in the evening.

It was a beautiful stay at Tyndal with Whiski Jack. Nice room right in the Village. Lovely Kitchen and patio. Room were nice and bathrroms were were well maintained and clean. Overall a great place to stay in Whistler. Thank you.

Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment in the center of Whistler. Pool included so the kids were very happy. See you next time
