Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of HKD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please kindly note, guests are required to present the same credit card used in the booking upon check-in or making payment on site. For those who would like to use a third party credit card (VISA, Master or JCB) are required to inform the property in advance. The contact info can be found on the confirmation after booking made. In response to environmental protection and sustainable development, for guests who stay more than one night, our hotel will only provides designated day room cleaning services. Standard rooms are cleaned on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while suites are cleaned on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Housekeeping will be operated from 9am to 5pm.
According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests.
