Gorgeous views, clean new hotel - clearly one of my top favourite HK hotels!
The hotel is located a few minutes away from the main road where buses pass by, and the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station is a few minutes away by walking. My only bugbear is that the airport bus A17 has very few trips, so had to take another Airport Bus (A10, though A11/A12 and change buses are workable options too) and change to another bus to come to the hotel.
The check-in staff were friendly and helpful to answer my questions about directions and recommendations on what to go and see.
With the single-use plastic ban in Hong Kong, there is no more plastic bottles provided every day to customers, but luckily there is a jug and a big dispenser outside the room in the hallway to collect water, which is very useful.
I booked the seaview king room and got the high floor thankfully, which had a stunning view of Aberdeen Harbour! The harbour looked great all day and loved hearing the South Island Line trains as they passed by. Truly one of the best views of HK.
The room itself is very spacious, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The daily housekeeping also did an excellent job of cleaning and tidying up the room when I went out on my daily adventures.
I also went up to the pool/deck level to take photos. I was sad the pool was closed during the winter, but if I come during the warmer months next time, I will be sure to use the pool!
The next time I stay in Hong Kong, I will be sure to book my stay at The Arca again.

Close to the MTR which made it easy for us to travel back to China.
The sunset hour was a bonus got to have a couple of Margaritas ☺️
