but is there a fruit basket in the room if i check in again..hehehehe..

The experience is very poor, and the hotel service is very poor. I will never go to the hotel at night to find that the air conditioner is broken and there is no heating at all. Call the front desk for help. After waiting for half an hour, no one came. After another five or six calls, they said that the master was adjusting the equipment upstairs. After waiting for almost an hour, someone finally came and said that we should wait until ten o'clock. Too much is not good. When I called the front desk again, the front desk actually said that the master had adjusted it, but the air conditioner was still blowing cold air and did not heat at all. Then we strongly asked someone to check it again, but no one came to check it again. No one has been in touch. The Vienna Hotel is also a chain hotel, I didn't expect the experience to be so bad.
