THEY DO NOT RETURN WHAT HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN AND LACK MAINTENANCE IN THE TAP

I had no hand towels, I requested them and they brought body towels, I left a blouse in the closet of the room and they did not return it. They said they didn't find her. They don't return forgotten objects. My blouse was new, brand Tomy sky color was wearing and I forgot to take it out. They lent me the hair dryer, because it is also not available, the shower key for the hot water did not close properly and neither did the sink. I burned myself shutting the shower key.

Bad service, inattentive.

Very bad service. I requested blankets twice and they never arrived, so I had a horrible night. The next day I asked for it and the lady at the reception was shocking and cutting.
When I arrived at the room at 3pm they had not done the cleaning, once they left me without towels, when I called reception they told me they would take them and never showed up.
The only thing I rescue from this place is the food, but not the rest.
I wouldn't stay here again.

EXCELLENT

EXCELLENT LOCATION, ATTENTION. ALL . 100% RECOMMENDED. THE ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE. THE RECEPTION GUYS VERY ATENTIVE, THE BREAKFAST WAS SPECTACULAR. AND THE ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION IS GREAT, IN FRONT OF CORFRIAS AND VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. I RECOMMEND IT.

We were forced to stay here after our flight was delayed. Wouldn't have been our choice, the hotel rep was very helpful at the airport due to multiple flights being cancelled/delayed and thousands of passengers stranded.

Great Location for Corferias & Excellent Customer Service

This hotel is located in a very busy street so the rooms that are facing the street is kind of noisy, and especially now that the construction across the street starts at 6 AM. But what made this hotel an excellent place to be was the great customer service in the front desk. Both Nelly and Layman are excellent. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They were so patient with all the people that were there for a mayor conference. Thanks for your hospitality! My only complain is the WIFI service, they need to fix that situation. It is very slow!
