Great budget hotel with a variety of rooms

The Hotel Casona Nuñez offers a surprising variety of rooms at relatively affordable prices. The charismatic host is eager to offer suggestions for local activities. It is worth exploring different rooms, as there are so many different rooms in the hotel complex.

Puede mejorar, y mucho

Estuve con mis compañeros de trabajo, todos guías de turismo, y realizamos la reserva en este hotel más de un mes con anterioridad, por lo que no era un viaje improvisado de un día a otro. Habíamos concordado con una cantidad de habitaciones individuales, dobles y triples, pero cuando llegamos al hotel nos cambiaron todo. Jackeline, que fue sumamente displicente con todos nosotros, cambió el orden de las habitaciones y no era nada flexible con nosotros, pues apelaba que como guías "debíamos entender".
De igual manera, ante cualquier solicitud que le hacíamos, como pedir un tinto, agua potable, cambio de habitaciones porque habías GOTERAS y NO SERVÍA LA DUCHA en algunas habitaciones, siempre era una negativa. Jackeline, quién fue la encargada del hotel siempre tuvo una PÉSIMA actitud con nosotros, sin entender que como guías de turismo somos quienes recomendamos este tipo de alojamiento. Ninguno de los 23 guías que fuimos vamos a recomendar este hospedaje porque nos pareció PÉSIMO el servicio, y seremos guías que les comentaremos a otros guías lo que vivimos.
Qué pesar que en un pueblo tan hermoso, lo único que uno tenga para comentar son cosas feas.

Serás parte de la familia!!

Super recomendado este hotel, ambiente casero, atendido por su propietario, el precio incluye desayuno y parqueadero, mil gracias al sr. Alberto ya que nos atendió como si fuéramos de la familia. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Iza-Boyaca nos quedaremos en este hotel.

Muy bien ubicado, casona amplia con muchas habitaciones, espacio para parqueo, habitaciones amplias y rusticas. Gente muy muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Hay algo por mejorar y es el timbre de la gente que llega al parqueadero que suena duro y llega a las habitaciones. El pueblo es realmente encantador
