Joensuu Scandic

Nice hotel in the middle of Joensuu City. Free parking, for hotel guest, there are many, so probably one will get space. Good breakfast and dogs are allowed for an extra fee, but you will get a dog welcome bag. I can well recommend this hotel with nice personal too.

Friendly staff but the bed was narrow and sunken in the middle leading to a bad night's sleep.

Absolutely great hotel!!!

Hotel in a prime location on the edge of the market square in Joensuu. The receptionist was so nice, I have never experienced her in any other Scandic hotel: she found me a bus connection to the airport, which worked perfectly (bus number 6, Koskikatu street, weekdays at 12:50). Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and no curtains on the windows, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you for the great stay!
