Basic
- kindness of people who are in reception
-close to public service station (tram)
- has an equipped kitchen, thus helping the economy by being able to prepare lunch or dinner of the day.
- breakfast offered by the paid accommodation, well stocked.
- Spanish speaking staff (many of them)
Negative points:
- uncomfortable sofa bed, the springs sound every time you move a muscle of the body, and it is also sunken in the center
- hab 201, does not work the living room-dining room-kitchen TV
If there is a bathtub, be careful not to kill yourself on the way out, very high step
- if there is shower, you can already put something next to the shower tray that soaks the water or you will swim out of the room, since there is no screen, only a sad shower curtain.

- we stayed two non-consecutive nights, if we were informed that we left and found an insulin pen from one of my relatives and that the next night we stayed we would have it at reception.

We did exactly that only to find that they close for two hours for lunch and *even though they spoke to us face-to-face* refused to give us the code that is the same for everyone! "I am on lunch break, come back in 90mins". Terrible.
Aside from that, the hotel was fine. The area around is not the best but we had no issues.
