Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Location perfect for exploring Bordeaux. Hotel staff so friendly & recommended some great restaurants & attractions. We loved the room decor. Bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Bordeaux. Thanks Hotel Madame.

Super dear boutique hotel at the gateway to the Old Town

The hotel is located in a historic building right next to the gate to the Old Town. Parking is available in a car park within walking distance. We had a room with roof terrace and views over the rooftops of the city. The small surcharge is absolutely worth it. Price performance are absolutely in the balance. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a huge selection for it in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us plenty of tips for our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and can only thank you!

Great location, but disappointing.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
The room overlooked a small street, so quite quiet.
Unfortunately the bathroom is very small, the shower cabin cramped, and the toilet tiny, yet I am very small....The toilet door did not close.
We were very disappointed by these inconveniences. For a 3-star rating, we expect a little more comfort.

a great if short stay

This was such a great choice. We only had 2 nights but they were packed with fun. And the location and staff of Hotel Madame certainly played a big role in our enjoyment. The hoteliers were so willing to make great recommendations about food, drink and spots not to miss. The hotel is well located, close to all the places you want to see and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Also it is a 10 minute walk to the electric train which for 10E takes you on a 45 minute ride to the high points of Bordeaux. And a 5 minute walk to the tram that will take you to La Cite du Vin. We just felt like we got to see and do a lot and sleep in a great bed in a terrific room. We loved the Hotel Madame and Bordeaux.

Centrally located, great staff

Great location. Amelia was fantastic. So helpful and full of great recommendations- my room wasn’t huge but more than adequate and very well equipped- would stay here again- great value for money. Coffee machine in the room and mini bar. Room was cosy and warm.
