The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Not a 4 star

On a very warm day all the air conditioning had been turned off. And the room temperature was unbearable. The restaurant wasn’t open and after a 9 hour drive we would have liked more than the 3 poor options offered. Reception desk staff were not interested. If a hotel advertises that it offers certain facilities then these should be available

Excellent restaurant for lunch

I stayed 1 week at the BW
Excellent restaurant within the Pension for lunch at lunch. Very attentive staff and especially the manager Naima very attentive to customer expectations
The service is fast and courteous, the dishes varied and quality

The hotel is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. Across the street you can find a supermarket, easy for shopping.
