Just book it!
Sauna, Monkey Bar, Breakfast and Crew, everything awesome. It occurs quite rarely, that fancy places have friendly and service orientated staff. Here, everyone is still welcome with a smile and your comfort is highest priority.

The room is cold and the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. There are no different pillow options, I didn’t want to put extra covers.The bed is old and stiff.
There''s no opportunity to find a hot drink at the hotel in the evening. Only alcohol available.
The rooms overlooking the city are overbright at night, the curtain doesn’t work, if you’re not used to bed with the light, you’re burnt.
I don’t recommend it if you’re not too old and drunk.

The staff, location and design make this hotel a winner
Ines at reception went out of her way to assist us with reservation changes, questions and special requests. she made us feel so at home!
Thea took extra time to direct us to a locals only restaurant we never would’ve found ourselves.
Robert’s great service, charm and friendliness at breakfast, started our day perfectly.
Finally, Rochi made such an impression on me several years ago when I visited the hotel -that I remembered her instantly for her service, friendliness and smile!
