Believe the reviews, it's a pretty special place.
There is english chanels on the T.V, a massive bonus. There is lots of ammenities around the hotel and would be a perfect place to stay whle exploring Cologne, we certainly will if we return
Our little boy loved this place and said he wanted to come back some day.
And the breakfast, the best I've ever had. Believe the hype folks, it doesn't get much better than this.

Great hotel, clean rooms and great staff
Besides that they have great steakhouse around the corner where you can have great diner for acceptable price, ask the staff.

Nice rooms, very kind personnel, family-owned hotel. Ideal if you are travelling for business in nearby ESA/DLR centres!
The personnel are very kind, respectful, discreet and pleasant and they are happy to adapt their schedule to your needs when they can. The atmosphere is friendly as the hotel is family-owned. It's a bit far from town if you don't have a car (typically ~50 minutes to go to the Cologne city centre) but it's a perfect choice if you're visiting the area for work in the nearby ESA or DLR research centres of the Cologne/Bonn airport. There is a special ESA / DLR discount too. Bonn is not too far from the hotel's location as well, if you feel like visiting!

Nothing too Much Trouble!
We were dropped of each morning at Cologne/Bonn airport to make our commute to Cologne easier.
Our suite was generous and comfortable with a nice view of the Garden. A big plus point for us was a little kitchen and fridge in our suite, with local shops in easy walking distance.
Breakfast was extensive and another big plus for us.
With many friendly eating establishments for supper close by, this is an ideal destination outside busy Cologne, with easy access to Cologne by public transport.
