Great value for money, my place when it comes to staying overnight
Great view, great bathroom with large shower. Small kitchen with fridge which is perfect for everything. Great WiFi. Super comfortable bed with plenty of charging options

I don't know if I can recommend it to others?
The hotel is located directly on a four-lane feeder road, about 100 meters away, so you can hear traffic noise around the clock. Whether you live on the first, third or sixth floor, the constant roar of the road, combined with the loud clatter of the road surface on a bridge, remains omnipresent. This is not ideal for people with light sleep. If you want to sleep with the window open, you should definitely bring earplugs. A room on the opposite side is also no remedy, as construction work begins early in the morning from 5 a.m., disturbing the much-needed sleep.
Another drawback is the parking facilities. Despite the parking spaces spread over two floors, these are far from sufficient, especially as many parking spaces are reserved for permanent guests. In summer, there is also a lack of air conditioning, so opening the windows is inevitable to endure the heat, but this increases the noise.
The bathroom is impractical: There are no hooks for towels, no shelves for bathroom utensils, and the only towel rail is in the shower. The kitchen also lacks hooks to hang tea towels.
The journey was complicated, especially in the evening. Several guests, including myself, had difficulty finding the hotel entrance. Signage was unclear, and access is cumbersome without a keycard. The entry code for the front door is poorly lit, so a flashlight is necessary.
Once in the room, it made a good impression at first glance, but on closer inspection, deficiencies were noticed. The walls had traces of previous tenants, the windows did not close properly, and under the table there were remains that were not thoroughly cleaned. The bed with felt at the head end seems unhygienic, and the small 32-inch TV on the wall is no longer contemporary. In addition, it is placed so unfavourably that you can hardly see it from the bed. It is also unusual for a modern hotel that the room door cannot be locked from the inside.
Positively noteworthy are the clean kitchen, which is well equipped, and the espresso machine as well as the microwave. However, the train station is not as close as described – it takes at least 15 minutes on foot. Overall, there is certainly still a lot of room for improvement due to the high number of visitors, unless you are satisfied with the current standard.
Ultimately, I wonder if I might have chosen the wrong hotel or if my expectations were too high at a price of over €100 per night. When I read some other reviews, I start to think. Nevertheless, I have described my honest impressions here. I am open to factual and honest feedback, because in the end we all work hard for our money and expect appropriate quality. Beautiful pictures and embellished reviews help no one.

vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, deinen Aufenthalt bei uns so ausführlich zu beschreiben. Deine Anmerkungen sind für uns sehr wertvoll, und wir nehmen sie gerne auf, um uns weiter zu verbessern. Zu einigen Punkten möchten wir gerne Stellung beziehen.
Die Lärmbelastung durch die Baustelle ist leider eine temporäre Situation, die nicht in unseren Händen liegt. Die Apartments und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Ulmer Münster sind normalerweise sehr ruhig und werden es auch wieder sein, sobald die Baustelle abgeschlossen ist.
Bezüglich des Fußwegs zum Hauptbahnhof: Wir kommunizieren einen Fußweg von etwa zehn Minuten, was natürlich von der individuellen Schrittgröße abhängt – aber dieser Zeitrahmen ist durchaus realistisch.
Von „geschönten“ Bewertungen distanzieren wir uns ausdrücklich. Diese wären weder sinnvoll noch nachhaltig, da gefälschte Bewertungen nicht nur unethisch, sondern auch „zu gefährlich“ sind, da sie unsere Position auf den Bewertungsportalen gefährden würden. Die positive Resonanz auf unser Haus ist echt und basiert auf den ehrlichen Rückmeldungen einer Vielzahl unserer Gäste. Aber natürlich sind die Wahrnehmungen individuell, und es tut uns leid, dass wir deine Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten.
Nochmals vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback. Solltest du uns in Ulm, Frankfurt, München, Stuttgart, Nürnberg oder Leipzig eine zweite Chance geben wollen, würden wir uns sehr freuen, dich erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
