Cuando dio la hora de acceder a la habitación tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos más. Sin embargo, nos ofrecieron un té frío al llegar y agua, así como un trato cordial y cercano. Según nos comentaron cuando íbamos a subir a la habitación había algo sucio, motivo por el que tuvimos que esperar el tiempo que he comentado unas lineas atrás. Cuando subíamos hablé con el personal del hotel, para decirle que obviamente estábamos muy cansados y que entre que llegamos al hotel y subíamos a la habitación pasó 1 hora y 20 minutos, en ese tiempo podrían haber revisado la habitación. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
