Amazing
It was such an amazing experience I just love it such n fabulous view staff nd all the facilities I recommend to alll my friends to visit this splendid hotel I went there with my family nd we just love all the facilities nd enjoy alot room was just wow ♥️

Don’t fall for the 4-star trap, this is at the max a 3-star experience if I am being generous
We paid close to INR 8K and they advertise this as a 4 star property. The only catch here is , this felt like a 2 star property and should not have higher than 3 stars if I am being generous.
To begin with, even though the rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding has lint all over. Bedhseets are smaller than mattress size and when you remove the duvet, the mattress gets exposed at the foot size of the bed. We could not get a good night’s rest. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and I raised an issue via WhatsApp, which the staff left unresolved.
Next comes serveware, everything is plastic melamine, unclean or stained plates. The breakfast buffet had a plate with hair stuck on it. They don’t even bother to dry the plates after washing and it was disgusting.
You cannot order a one by two soup and the staff asked which one of us wanted the egg on the fried rice. When we asked to divide it for both of us, they said, I cannot, can you please divide the egg yourself?! Fried rice was served cold and there was no place to sit for breakfast, because the seating space is so less. We shared a table with two others.
Coming to the staff themselves, we felt they want to serve you well however, they are not professionally trained by the hotel management. They appeared to be repressed and non flexible due to protocol.
Had I booked a 2 or 3 star accommodation, all these would not have been issues, this would be my expected service outcome. However, I came with the notion of staying in a 4 star property and these are the experiences that need to be out there, so that people make an informed choice.
Pros: clean lobbies, spacious room, good parking, location is good for JSW plant folks, Apollo Pharmacy at crossing the road, staff are good natured
Cons: hospitality, service, cheap materials used like linen, stained chipped serveware, good natured however non-trained staff, location is far off from Hampi site for someone who is a tourist (driving back at night from Hampi is a difficult 1 hr drive with non lit under construction roads)

Nice Comfortable
Very comfortable and nice ambience. Stayed for 3 nights . Food is very good vegetarian. Location is very good. Enjoyed staff behaviour . Latest property. Cost wise high. For this city. Rooms are neat and clean. Both restaurants are good. Enjoyed

Not so pearly after all!!!
We had booked a premium room for 3 nights during the New Year. The room was very good and it gave a premium feel as well. But coming to the service of the restaurants available within the property, those were pathetic. Service was too late and wait time was more than an hour. And hygiene wise the restaurants would score zero, as it was that bad. There were small flies everywhere in both the restaurants and there was no precaution taken to keep them away. The hotel had quite large parking space and there was a place to wash the car as well. Hotel staff was too courteous and housekeeping service was good. The hotel is located around 30 km away from Hampi and the road is under construction.
