Mesmerizing view and delicious food

It was a wonderful experience staying at Antariksh Retreat . All the Rooms have mesmerizing view of mountain along with river overlooking the whole of Lavassa. The restaurant staff was very cooperative and provided delicious jain food , personal touch was added by Mrs Pinal vora .Thanks a ton to her n Mr Deepak vora for making their guest feel comfortable by communicating. We visited in the peak monsoon when natures was at its best giving feel of queen of hills.Lavassa was a dream place n if you are a nature lover n veg staying at Antariksh is the wise n best choice.

A not so good experience

There are both pros & cons to staying at Antariksh Retreat. I checked in on 26th Jan and checked out on 28th Jan 2024.
Pros:
1. Good view from balcony.
2. Room more or less clean.
3. Pure veg for vegetarian people.
Cons:
1. Late checkin at 2 pm & early checkout at 11 pm, huge difference of 3 hours. I requested for a relaxation upto 12 pm for checkout to which I was greeted with quite a rude reply from a lady sitting at the reception desk, to quote
" Checkout means complete check out & I want the room to be empty & devoid of your belongs by checkout time otherwise you will be charged another day", just imagine, one day extra charge for 1 hrs extension.
2. Furnitures, walls at few places are broken , in-short not well maintained. Door calling bell was also not working.
3. Very particular about food timing...on being asked for tea at 7.35 pm..was told that they have stopped serving tea at 7.30 pm...so be prepared for a hostel like disciplined experience at the hotel.
4. Value for money...not that great.
In short, opt for this property if there are no other better options.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Many flying cockroaches in the room. After complaining staff said they are local insects which are found in near by forests and not cockroaches. I am attaching the photos. You can decide by your self.

Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.

The place is not so happening. Due to low tourism volume. However lavasa is very beautiful. The hotel staff is good but property condition is not in a good shape. This is not worth the price they quoted.
