Not worth it!

The bathroom drainage is clogged, the hot water tap is difficult to set. The TV and the remote also cannot be pressed to reduce the sound. It's time for maintenance on the mattress, the mattress is broken. The bed sheets had spots and were torn. The AC cannot be adjusted.

No expectations

Arrived here in Jember really late at night and got this hotel room available to be shared with friends.
With no expectations, I am not disappointed at all. Nothing to expect but a room to sleep in. The plus is the wifi is working and the price is equal with their service.
The minus is the breakfast is so lousy. I am not asking for more but at least not messy like that.
Nevertheless, I got what I need. A sleep.

Need More Improvement

AC on some room not cold at all as i get moved to second room the aircon feel the same.
Tight space on the closet, hardly able to sit nicely and do your business. Breakfast only 3 items? (Rice, Noodle, Chicken and Soup) If the rate around Rp 200.000 I will consider staying here. however if around Rp 300.000 i will look elsewhere. Easy to park your car and strategically located is the plus point.

Average BnB (NOT hotel)

The room was okay but they need to clean it well. First, the bedside table with carpet surface was super dirty with many stains, if they cant wash it then they really need to replace it or replace it all with wood surface. Second, the bathroom wall on the corner of the door was very moldy, they deft need to train their staff to clean it well. Third, the toilet and shower should be separated so the toilet seat not always wet (and the toilet paper too).
Facility, for what they said as 3 stars in booking.com the facility was no stars at all: phone (even the inhouse phone) didnt work, TV channel was all local - they should at least have Cable TV for what stars the gave to themselves, pool - dont expect it. Didnt have chance to try their breakfast (included).
Location was quite strategic if you're there for business or start university as it is really close to Jember University. Easy to catch public transportation and grab meals or go to convenient store.
Staff was okay and friendly. The price can be less than that compare to what they give back.

The linen was dirty and lot of mice partying at midnight

The room actually quite spacious,but the bed is quite small. The staffs are friendly in directing to the nearest tourism area. However, the linen is not clean. both my room and my sis' room feel itchy all the night while we were sleeping, so we have to cover it with our own linen so we can sleep nicely
The most important thing is the mice in the ceiling was partying and noisy so we had to be awaken in the middle of the night, afraid that the mice will jump in through the small opening in the bathroom ceiling.
