carino ma non curato...

The place is in a very nice location pity the lack of maintenance: tall and dry grass that ruined the view from the terraces or in my kitchen lacked a cabinet .. as if they had removed the dishwasher (of which they left spare parts .. thank you!) without putting the pb of replacement with other. Friendly staff but when I informed the reception nothing was done or said about it. In the bathroom the sink cap was missing and the dishes were counted for the nr of people expected. Finally, there was a shampoo of the previous guest and pink pongo in the kitchen .. gave a touch of color to our arrival! Too bad it would be very nice if maintained well.

Comfortable and quiet

Modern apartments, equipped with kitchen and all with equipped terrace overlooking the sea (from afar) in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and golf courses. Visited in December to trek on the beautiful paths of the island, the location is very suitable to easily reach many interesting places and close to Portoferraio where nothing is missing that can serve.

Nice guy at reception. You really need a car if staying here. Theres no shop or anywhere to buy anything. Not even vending machine.

Amazing views. Far from centre. Cheap price. Needs a bit of maintenance.
