Excellence and kindness at the top

We had to stay in Cinisello due to a car breakdown and discovered this hotel just off the motorway. A4.
Apart from the convenience of being close to the motorway, we found the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. A super thank you to Francesco from the reception who immediately welcomed us, trying to calm us down for the car problem. We decided to stay overnight because the car would have been repaired (maybe) the next day. The value for money is really great. Room spotless, comfortable, dinner at the restaurant good and at absolutely affordable prices, great breakfast with a wide and quality offer. We had to stop for two nights because the car remained stationary in the depot before being repaired. In the end, however, we almost regretted having to leave.
We will definitely be back and will be our reference for the next stays in n Milan area (hopefully for pleasure and not for failures!)

Highway disturbes the stay here

The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is value for money BUT the room I stayed in was very noisy. The highway runs next to the hotel and truck traffic is very loud innthe room. Secondly the gym is a really low class facility with only two machines. Elevators are Slow so when hotel is full it takes a long time ( this time even one out if two was broken so the waiting time doubled)

Day started off on the wrong foot

Breakfast really below all expectations: scrambled eggs unwatchable as stale. At the request for replacement the staff showed up with a plastic container (like the one to carry the mozzarella) not suitable for holding hot food, poured the contents and mixed everything ... dry pandoro with a little chocolate poured over, dry croissants! Everything else just enough.

Holiday Inn Milano Zara Cinisello Balsamo

Hotel outside Milan, close to various road / motorway exits. Highly recommended for a Business clientele, less for tourism. Good breakfast, normally great value for money (to check in case of important events in Milan), easy parking (free).

Breakfast needs to be improved!!

Comfortable hotel at the motorway exit. Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff at check in very helpful. Comfortable and very spacious beds. I would review the breakfast: there are many waiters who run around empty in the room and do not replace the finished dishes also do not fully meet the customer's demands (I asked for ham and bacon but they told me it was finished). Free covered garage and very comfortable. Good price.
