Visit to Italy
A very nice hotel. Huge numbers and very clean. I was particularly surprised by breakfast! I haven't seen such a rich breakfast in a while. A very large range. The staff are very friendly and I advise everyone to stay at this hotel. The location is good. Near the subway

Full of bed bugs
Worst experience ever. Woke up in the middle of the night with my body full of bed bugs. The entire room was infested. When I came down to speak with reception, they acted like they knew what was going on. Offered me another room, that was also infested. The entire place is full bugs.
I had to professionally clean all my clothes and luggage and I’ve called multiple times and sent multiple emails to try to get a refund for the crappy night I spend in that place but they won’t refund a penny. They will reply to this with a standard message out of ChatGPT that means nothing. I will be posting reviews with pictures and videos in every single site they advertise on. Do yourself a favor and and avoid this place.

Basic option in good location (but poor WiFi)
Mixed bag with good location for China Town, with fare value. It’s an aging hotel so if you’re facing the street, it can be noisy. Aging hotel infrastructure means terrible WiFi quality (constantly dropping), so unsuitable for work / online calls. Didn’t eat at the hotel given Chinatown is so close.

Hard times for Leonardo!!!
With the international district decaying around it, this hotel is showing its age. While I always say good employees make all the difference, Federico did a marvelous job accommodating us. Our first room was full of mold... it was very disgusting. He got us another room. We only had one towel in the room for two people. This did not work well. No shampoo or soap for the shower and the room was so hot we couldn't sleep in it. Overall we would not stay here again.

Lovely stay
Had a very pleasant stay, 2 great nights sleep the rooms are spacious and beds very big and so comfortable. Staff on reception very helpful and professional. Staff in restaurant could be a little frosty. Great location just a short walk to the tram line into the centre. Would definitely return
