Pleasant holidays

We spent three days and we really enjoyed it. the 'apartment is cozy and clean, the Owner friendly and very helpful the location is great for sightseeing and walking distance from the nightlife The Recommendation for a pleasant stay.

Not really wort it. Very noisy at all hours. Also a lot of surrounding construction noise during daylight hours. Management responsiveness and communication very poor (Italian and English). Extremely hostile to minor changes even when notified weeks in advance by renter and Hotels.com. Modest accommodation overpriced for Central Palermo. You can do much better.

They can cancel at any moment: beware.

Not serious. I made a Room Reservation, after 4 days and after paying I was informed that they did not have the bed for the third person. For the refund you have to wait between 7 and 12 days and when I had everything organized I had to look for other accommodations finding almost sold out. Bookings should be checked at the time of confirmation, not close to the overnight stay.

This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). But I shouldn't quibble as we had a great time!

Good location, clean, shame x broken air conditioner and x check out required after our departure

Booked online apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge kitchen. Welcome zero tourists, broken air conditioner, 2 days to die of heat. Then bring new air conditioner, but if the room split is off nn does not work even the one in the room. On the day of departure we leave at 9, we had a plane in the morning, around 12 the guy writes telling us that we had to check out at 11.00, provide documents and pay the tourist tax. At check out???
