It does not work like that
Very poor and poor quality breakfast
If you occupy the room for two nights, changing towels and making the beds is not included!
We had booked two double rooms and a few hours before arriving, we were informed that due to a problem with the toilets they could only give us a quadruple room

We booked the Lipari suite with private balcony, minibar in the room and other comforts, upon our arrival we were given a room that was not that one and we were not informed. We reported this mistake and were told that the room had had a fault an hour earlier and instead of finding a solution we were told "stay one night, I don't think anything will change".
Furthermore, the room was not in the best hygienic conditions, I speak as a host too, and finding the sheets with dust residues, the floor that if you walk for a second without shoes you find black feet, the shower with black stains around it and the hand shower positioned above the head not working is not pleasant at all. Upon our arrival in the room, we found two towels for the shower, only ONE towel for the face for two people and the towels for the bidet non-existent, they were only provided to us upon request.
otherwise recommended location and very quiet area, I recommend to those who think of returning to the hotel only to sleep and no more
