Welcome and care at the TOP!!!
The hotel is located in Quartu Sant’Elena in a quiet and peaceful area, but a short walk from the city center, and especially in a strategic point to access all the beaches of the south, both towards Chia and Villasimius. In front of the hotel there is always the possibility to park the car and keep it monitored. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms.
But the real gem are the owners Simona and Corrado, two people who will make you feel at home with every kind of attention, from breakfast to the rest of the day, managing to satisfy any request or advice, without ever being intrusive. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Incorrect
I don't rate either the rooms or the location because I have never had the pleasure of seeing it, nor will I ever have it.
I tell my story.
I book a single room on booking.com at a cost of 288 euros from 14 September to 19 September with free cancellation by 14 August
Shortly after, a friend decides to come with me, I go back to booking.com looking for another single on the same dates, and I come across 2 options:
1 single at 369
1 family room for single use at 334
I choose the family room for single use (it cost less)
Everything OK.
The next day the owner contacted me on WhatsApp to ask me to confirm the second booking, talking about a single room with PRIVATE bathroom.
We talk and he proposes that we both occupy the family room, consisting of a single entrance, a bedroom on the right, a bathroom in the center, and a bedroom on the left.
I refuse, saying that my friend and I prefer 2 completely separate rooms.
At that point he wrote to me saying that at that point my friend could have shared the bathroom with other people, magically it was no longer a private bathroom, but a bathroom shared with other people.
Obviously I canceled both reservations, after having complained about the unfairness, where the intent was to recover the single one and fill the family one.
Obviously his WhatsApp messages were all promptly deleted and I never received a response to my complaints.
I have read many positive reviews about this hotel, and it will certainly be like this, but being teased like that is not okay with me, because we could have agreed in many ways, but being teased about the shared bathroom is not, because I'm not naive, I know good hotel clauses and this world.
P.s. I still have all the conversations intact although they were deleted on WhatsApp
