Very well.
Son with a Smart box and I was fully satisfied! The staff is extremely polite and friendly, I had a little problem with a document (because of me) and the lady at the reception managed to solve it for me, the room cozy and clean, the breakfast is very varied and plentiful, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and even there all very kind and smiling, the food great! The fact of being a bit ‘out of the center is absolutely not an inconvenience because there are public transport within walking distance! Basically everything super! If I return to Rome I will definitely stay at this property!

Service very good, rooms moderate
The price-performance ratio is good, the check-in hassle-free and fast - just like the check-out - very good. Breakfast can certainly be saved. My room looked quite good at first, modern and clean....however, there were not acceptable things - a renovation is absolutely on the horizon here....the wall next to the window impresses with mold infestation, the febster can be opened (very good), however, the ficing is faulty and the closing goes with some fiddling....The bathroom also needs to be renovated - Look the washbasin still good, so the tub gives you the rest: some mold infestation on the silicone joints - not bad but also not okay, as well as layman's brushed damage in the tub....; the doors of the wardrobe are canted - fitness program for the upper arms. Now something good: there was a free bottle of water! All in all still acceptable but borderline to “unpleasant”.

THEFT IN THE ROOM DURING THE NIGHT!!!
I discovered in the morning (reported by the hotelier) that the batteries of the door lock were exhausted and the door opened during the night.
ASSURDO !!!
Terrible fear!!!
The hotel activated the insurance that compensated me for less than half of what they really stole from me, citing the motivation of wear and tear of the goods, and after this terrible experience the hotel did NOT want to take on the remaining part at least to meet me after this episode.
