Lovely hotel and location

This hotel is gorgeous and the location is great, it’s not a busy area but so much to do and see in 5 minutes walk. There’s lots around.
The rooms are large and spacious, very clean, a little bare but lovely. We had a few perks via our Amex but sadly they couldn’t adhere to them (early check in or room upgrade). Great bathroom (no bath) and thank you for the champagne treat for my birthday :)
The reason for not for 5 star experience is unfortunately my husband got sick on the trip. I didn’t find the staff very helpful - maybe a language barrier - but they weren’t hugely accommodating. They did offer breakfast but he was so sick he couldn’t eat a thing or leave the room. We ideally wanted them to sort an extra night for him and help with pharmacy’s etc (as I had to rush back to the UK). But he ended up checking out. I don’t think they weren’t caring but the communication wasn’t great.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place. Very friendly and helpful staff who met our expectations. Incredible view of the canal from the 4th floor. The Radisson Palazzo Nani is very well located away from the crowds, allowing us to see the real Venice and enjoy the Cannaregio district to the full.

Great Venice Hotel

Great hotel, just renovated very new, the location is excellent, it is near the central station of Venice, a few minutes walk to reach, there is a Venice public transport station near the hotel gate, the four-way eight is very convenient, the breakfast is extremely abundant, the counter always provides snacks, drinking water, and champagne...

A pleasant time in a setting and top service

It was perfect both in the reception and the availability of the staff very nice room despite a door that slammed against the upright during the night which escaped the vigilance of the manager of the room but rest assured it is exceptional thank you

A dream holiday
