Next to Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen station with convenience store located at hotel lobby. Convenient food supermarket in attached shopping gallery and with several additional convenient food options in the adjacent shopping complex.

This is the second time i checked in here and brought my mom and my child for my moms birthday. And i was really really disappointed the room is smaller than expected and than shown in the picture and the room is really stuffy and i was sneezing the first night couldn’t sleep well. I thought because i slept with my hair wet but when i woke up the next morning oh my gosh it was so dusty!!!!! And i asked if i could change room and they did transfer us to another room but it was still dusty! I was still sneezing. I don’t understand because the last time i checked in i didn’t have this problem and had a good experience. I was so disappointed and also there was this one staff that hung up on me maybe because i couldn’t understand what she was saying… there was also hair in fhe bathroom where we got transfered to. I wish they learn from this and become better. It’s a nice hotel but it was dirty and stuffy. Smells like cigarretes too it was concerning because i was with my child.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities but the bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Everyone in our group had the same experience with the uncomfortable beds.

Deadly slow checkout (Lobby Lounge)

A word about Lobby Lounge Rosso. I thought it was unavoidable that the price of a cup of coffee was 900 yen, as it was priced like any other Prince Hotel, but when I used it at around 3pm on Sunday, people waited in long lines for the checkout, and it eventually took me about 20 minutes to close. The man in line in front of me seemed to have sent only his family - presumably his elderly parents - ahead to catch the bullet train, and complained to the cashier about it. Certainly, it would be fatal for a hotel next to Shin-Yokohama Station. By the way, the cash register changed from what appeared to be a new employee to someone else in charge of the register at the beginning, and it sped up quite a bit midway through, but the fact that there wasn't any voluntary support from other staff to get there was very concerning because of the poor coordination between the employees. The lobby lounge is the face of the hotel, so it's natural to speculate that hotels that aren't doing well here may have other problems.
