Great Deal and Last Minute Availability for Resort-Quality Rooms and Grounds (without the rest of the resort trappings)
We were assigned A303, a well-appointed 3 bed/3 bath unit that was everything we were hoping for and more! There were no issues with the A/C. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and dinner wear. The closets were filled with ample amounts of extra towels and pillows plus some fun beach supplies (boogie board, beach chairs, etc). What’s more, view was delightful and the balcony was massive.
My two (extremely minor) complaints with our condo were:
1) All the Teflon pans were scratched and therefore unusable. (However, there was a cast iron pan that we were able to use instead.)
2) Only one of the three bathrooms in our condo had a hairdryer, so we had to share.
General Things to Consider:
1) These are vacation condos, not hotel rooms. You are expected to wash your own towels & dishes (in your private laundry facilities/dishwasher, with provided detergents) as needed. We were able to ask housekeeping for extra paper towels, trash bags, etc when necessary.
2) Security (at the entrance gate) is 24/7, but the front desk is not.
3) 2 out of the 3 pools are not heated and the heated pool isn’t kept very warm, but it’s hot in Cabo, so it shouldn’t matter.
