Great experience

We had a splendid time in this hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in accommodating and checkout. Breakfast was delicious. Also to make reservations for taxi is so easy with pressing a button on little device. We strongly recommend to stay in this hotel for everyone who will visit Wellington, New Zealand.

Great experience!!

Beautiful rooms with great service. Check in was friendly, quick and efficient with free upgrade. Location was great for evening dining and entertainment located in the heart of Courtney place. I was super impressed with how quiet the rooms were given the close proximity to town.

I nearly vomitted.

I nearly vomited. Opened the microwave and there was a plate of food inside that had clearly been there for days if not weeks. If that’s how they clean the room, I’m scared to think about the bathroom and bed . The walls are dirty, floors unclean and ask you must pay extra for housekeeping. Maybe if the person before you doesn’t pay for housekeeping they just leave everything for the next person.
We stayed 2 nights, eventually I walked downstairs and demanded a new clean towel. The wifi was basically not useable. Not a business hotel at all.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the oversight with the microwave and the overall cleanliness of your room. We take cleanliness very seriously, and it is clear that we fell short in this instance. I have shared your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again.
Please note that housekeeping services were not included in the package you purchased. We're always happy to provide fresh towels and any other essentials upon request. However, daily room cleaning is only available with specific packages. If you have any questions or would prefer different options for future stays, we’d be happy to assist!
I'm also sorry to hear about the issues with the Wi-Fi and the inconvenience it caused. We're currently working on improving our internet services to provide a more reliable connection for our guests.

Best choice in Wellington

Love this hotel, central, efficient without being impersonal and every facility one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beds and pillows are so wonderful. Really helpful and obliging staff, and absolutely soundproof - no street noise at all.
