The views from the room were stunning. Whole view of the beach and perfect for a wonderful sunset experience in the balcony.

The staff at the reception was unpleasant,but the staff who serve breakfast and cleaning ladies was smiling and kind
The valet who does not offer help with luggage or the car (whether for Check-in or Check-out) but does not hesitate to harass us when we try to park for luggage despite we are hotel guests.
When we arrived in the room, there was a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift while we had specified when booking that we did not want alcohol as a gift but an alternative (request not taken into account).
Concerning the mini bar, it was well stocked but no indication of price or explanation during Check-in so we naively thought that they were offered and it is only during Check-out that we are asked to pay for what we have consumed, with of course outrageous prices.
I don’t recommend this hotel there are a lot of good hotel in the cost that we tried after this one but they don’t have 5 stars on the paper like this one 😉
