I loved my stay here I will come back for sure!! Especially the atmosphere and vibe is just perfect, and the restaurant inside top tier! Everyone so nice.

The hotel staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. The pools and beds/lounge chairs were so nice to hang out at. Prices are fair for PR. The bed was comfy and they have an amenity list if you're interested in surprising your partner.

Overall, it is a nice place. The service is good, food at the restaurant is good and overall vibe is nice. However, if you are in rooms 1-4, don't expect to sleep well. The music at the bar doesn't stop until around 11pm and then before 7am, someone appeared to be leaf blowing outside our room. I can't speak for how sleep would be in the other rooms, but for certain, avoid these over-the-pool rooms.

Best of the South West

Just got back from our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel and I cannot begin to explain how much we loved it. Our room (#22) was spacious and immaculately clean. Towels are changed daily. AC was powerful. Bed was comfortable. Previous reviews are true, there was no hot water during our 5 day stay but it's also not freezing cold. We didn't mind it as much because after all it's super duper hot in Puerto Rico.
Food and drinks were excellent... not one complaint there.
Location is phenomenal... everything you want/need is within walking distance.
Staff is super friendly and helpful but there is one staff member we must make a special mention of... Manuel! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, attended to and entertained. He represented the heart of Parguera Plaza to us. Thank you again Manuel <3
