The Splash Room with its huge bathtub was a true highlight—such a luxurious and relaxing experience.
The hospitality from the hotel crew Mr. Rowell, Mr. Dennis & Ms. Jie Ying was impeccable; everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Foodies Tour organized by the hotel—it was a fantastic way to explore the local culinary scene.
Thank you to everyone at Dorsett for making my stay so memorable and delightful experience!

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was small but that’s standard for Singapore, and the space was used effectively. A couple of coat hooks would have made better use of one of the walls. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful with plenty of hot water.
The location was superb. The MRT Outram Park station is accessible from the hotel lobby. This makes getting around really easy.
The rooftop swimming pool is very pleasant although the sunbeds are a little worse for wear. It’s great for a quick swim to cool down in the afternoon. It would be nice to be able to get a drink by the pool but unfortunately this is not allowed.
I think this is a great hotel for a couple of nights but if I was staying longer I think I’d choose somewhere else just because I’d like to spend time relaxing by a pool with a cocktail and something to eat. Apart from that, I can’t really fault the hotel. It was perfect for our needs.
