The front table are super friendly and helpful for us to travel around, and the hotel room is perfect clean and comfort! Sure will choose it in our next stay in lovely city Slovenia!😍😍😍

Reasonable stay

Good stay
The room was far from the hostel reception, but there was a fridge and electric kettle, which helped a lot.

Cons:
_From the reception staff, very rude when I went to make the check-out, only because I passed the schedule (detail: they clean the rooms at 15:00, so the schedule did not interfere in anything in their work). The receptionist took the deposit money from the closet key and threw it on the counter, very poorly polite.
The bathroom had only half the box, which caused a lot of wet on the floor.

I wish I had found this hostel sooner! Finally, a place with air conditioning in the sweltering summer. The location is great, right on the canal, beds comfy, en suite kitchenette awesome. Would happily stay here again. :)

Good location, friendly staff

Stayed for one night, good communication before check in, late self check is possible when arriving late at night, near to the sights, 10 minutes walk from the bus station. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful, nice common area and outside by the canal. bed was comfortable and clean, large fridge inside the dorm, side table and plug for the phone, 2 bathrooms inside the shared dorm, strong wifi, good for meeting other travellers. Is hard to sleep as people stay up until late talking, no privacy curtains, bed moves when other guest sleep above you, air con was not good enough, was sweating all night.

Terrible receptionist

Very rude receptionist,
They only charge by cash which i missed the message thats my fault i acknowledged that.
I didnt have cash on me that time and my card didnt work in the atms there so i would like to cancel my stay. I ask the receptionist if she can help me cancel the stay she replied me loudly “ then you do it yourself it says in hostelworld.com we charge cash only,I DONT UNDERSTAND.” And showed me this gesture ‍♂️.
I moved over to another hostel eventually cuz i would not take this woman’s attitude during my stay. I understand i missed the cash thing but she doesnt need to talk to customer like this and if she doesnt prefer talk nicely as a receptionist i would suggest her to get another job, CS is not for you.
