The lifts weren’t enough to fix the people accommodated there . It’s my 5th time and I felt like them allowing students to stay there has been a disadvantage . Too much noise and little privacy

the hotel Amenities are.good but there is no tooth paste...so we have to buy it outside...the foods are good however I only eat some kinds of breads and fruits with.omellet...because I am worry if there are pog on the sausage and others...

Overall, the staff is impeccably trained. A shout out to Anna who was the lady who cleaned our room. Her attention to details was amazing and we came back to well serviced room for the five days we stayed.

The staff is the heart of the hotel. Each one of them were amazing. To name a few, Zama, Miriam, Ivy, xolani, Jimmy, the two Thomas, Justice, Zoe, Kenny, and the rest became like family to me. The staff at Perere, at the Club House and at the Cafeteria made me feel special. The housekeeping personnel was also exceptional. I felt comfortable leaving my personal items out when they were cleaning. They didn't steal anything.
The hotel has almost everything to make your enjoyable in every aspect. It has a business center, Barber shop, a grocery store and much more.
The only issue I have with the hotel owners and management are the low wages they pay their staff. For such a high standard hotel and highly qualified staff that give exceptional services, the wage is not at par with the quality of services offered.
