Clean, modern and well maintained
Large outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs.
Downside at the reception, not very friendly welcome and not efficient staff, it's a shame (problem validating the room key and no apology, then no follow-up to a request to repair a broken window despite two reminders)

Serious lack of security in a 4 star hoel
This hotel offers many amenities, but unfortunately, security is not one of them. I wouldn't recommend it.

Swimming pool is an absolute joke. Dirty pool, the steps are broken, the decking around the pool has come apart and is a trip hazard. Where the sun loungers are located, I think it was grass before but now you’re literally sitting in mud!
No staff at the pool.
Breakfast is a shambles. Extremely limited choice.
The hotel is located miles away from the centre and is a pain to get to.
Staff are cold, rude and extremely unpleasant.
The other reviews I read prior to booking are either fake or the guests love shabby food, rooms and shambolic service.
Do not book this hotel, stay elsewhere, even if it’s a hostel!
Oh and finally, my wife’s purse was stolen from our room!

Avoid at all costs
Pool is a joke, unmanned and dirty. No towels, tired sun loungers in mud, used to be grass there but obviously haven’t maintained the area so now you get out of the pool and sit in mud!
Staff are unhelpful and lack warmth. Breakfast is limited and at 10am they’re putting the food away! Not much to put away!
And on the last day, we realised my wife’s purse was missing from the room! This is because the safe was not working so wife left it in the room under clothes in the suitcase but obviously someone had a good rummage and took the purse!
The 5 star reviews left by other guests are either fake or they are not used to staying in nice hotels because this certainly isn’t a 4 star.
Save your money, book elsewhere.
