simple and clean room. Very satisfied with short stay. The cat is super cute. Definitely recommend.

This is a four star one star hotel. That means that for a lower end property, it’s a pretty good example. Parking is a nightmare as it is in a residential area and you will probably have to park at a garage a few hundred meters away and pay around 25 Euros a day. The hotel itself is a bit dingy but clean and you need a key to get into the property so safety is not an issue. The desk clerk has very limited hours but the instructions from the hotel were clear and correct so I was able to get in without any trouble. The room was small and basic with a twin sized bed which is adequate for a solo traveler like me but a step down from the queen or king sized bed you find most everywhere else. Of course you aren’t paying Ritz Carlton money and so you should expect some compromises. This is why it’s a four star one star hotel. If you want a less expensive option decently close to all the good stuff in the city center and don’t mind the parking issue, this is a solid option. I’ll be honest and say that if I’m ever in Seville again, I’ll probably pay more to get more, but if the budget is tight, I would definitely consider staying there again.

Friendly and helpful staff for any need, well-equipped room, mediocre cleanliness. Very convenient for reaching any point of the city.

Great place
Great location very near Metro and bus routes, but up a quiet side street. Lovely courtyard out the front with vending machines that do coffee (and beer for €1 - result!)
Our room was good and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property's cat also friendly! Would recommend.

Disappointment in my second stay
It is the second time I have stayed at this hostel and my experience has been quite bad.
They gave me the WORST ROOM they had in the entire hostel...if you can call that a room.
All the rooms are pretty good except this one. To be honest, I don't think it's even habitable. Windows on the ceiling without blinds so it is impossible to sleep with so much light coming in, horrible humidity that makes it seem like the sheets and pillow are wet from the cold humidity, very uncomfortable beds.
And they charged me the same as they charged me back in the day for a proper room. Paying that amount of money for that room is a real scam, if you do this you should notify them of the conditions of the room. They couldn't change my room and the solution was to remove the window and put some black vinyl over it so that the light wouldn't come in and I could get some sleep. I went online and saw that on the third day of my stay there were rooms available (when they told me to my face that they couldn't change me due to full occupancy) and I had to tell them to please change my room by then. When they changed me there is no color...
I have not made a complaint to you about consumption because they came to solve the fact that those windows did not have anything to prevent light from entering (an almost transparent blind does not block out the light).
It has been a real disappointment and I feel sorry for it because if they had done things well the experience would have been different, like the other time it was very good. I told them that I was not comfortable and that I wanted to leave, but I didn't because if I left there would be a penalty so we had to stay, at least the last night I was able to spend in the other room and I was able to sleep what I didn't sleep in two nights.
