Pleasant stay

Wonderful and clean hotel. Only downside if that our rooms weren’t ready on arrival to freshen up and breakfast wasn’t included. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and even helped us out when we brought the wrong travel adapter (please note that standard EU adapters don’t work). A nice addition would be a coffee machine

Very poor customer relations.

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to reach the hotel. The nights were paid in advance. Failure to obtain a return from management after 4 emails requesting partial reimbursement of expenses incurred.
Our criticism is more about the obvious lack of consideration than the non-refund. A customer who would have paid, like us, but would have used his nights, would certainly not have gone unanswered to a request made by email 4 times in a row, whatever it is; There is therefore a clear contempt for people who gave them in pure loss more than 700 euros. This is not acceptable and there is no justification for this contempt. Our emails are courteous and always contain apologies for the inconvenience.

Custo benefício bom.

Simple hotel, you don't have to carry your suitcase. There's a pretty big staircase in front, so for older people I have doubts. The qto was very cozy and clean. There are no restaurants nearby, but there is a great supermarket halfway. Offers plenty of ready meals if you don't want to go out at night.

Easy to access to the city central area even to the UN. You can find supermarkets and liquor shops near here. Also restaurants.
A refrigerator is available in the room.

Beyond expectations

As a family of three, we stayed for three nights just before Christmas. The hotel was beyond our expectations. It was large, clean, warm and quiet. The hotel is in a great location a short distance from the main attractions, albeit you are given a free public transport pass to use as much as you wish. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
