The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve a western breakfast so it's all Thai breakfast , lunch and dinner which to experience this then it's perfect.
The property gave a lot more but a fair price for the location a good stop over for this part of Bangkok , but if using public transport and not private transfer it is challenging but doable .
We will use this property again for sure

Horror Hotel , Horror Room

A run down horror hotel. Pictures do not correspond to reality. After the first night I had to leave the hotel, forced to stay overnight, booked for three weeks, had to look for new accommodation. Be careful, all pictures are fraudulent deception. The reality is different. Dirt, rust, water stains on the ceiling of the elevator room, more like a hostel from the 16th century. Bathroom is moldy, tiles are falling off everywhere in the bathroom, rust and broken drain by the pool is a sight to cry on. Plastic panes secured with tape. Hotel restaurant tables covered in bulky waste or garbage. For not spending three weeks, the apartment refuses to refund the price of the room for 20 nights. See pictures.

Great property, great prices, the only reason I deducted a star was the mattress was very hard. Not very comfy for my liking. Apart from that everything was exceptional. Great staff, great pool and gym.
