You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied. Please note that the name of the credit cad holder must be the same as the guest’s name and credit card along with a valid ID must be presented to the property upon check-in. if the credit card is not presented, a new payment is required. Spa is temporarily closed until further notice.
