Loved the hotel. Very friendly and clean employees. The location is centrally located and has access to everything.I think breakfast is good enough.I highly recommend it.Thank all hotel staff

Unpleasant staff!!aranques!! To flee

I had booked a room with 3 single beds (my cousin and I and my 4 year old daughter) via booking and it was free for my daughter in the booking. On my arrival, mustafa and fatma receptionists ask me to pay 900 Turkish lira for my daughter although it was well notified on the free reservation. Then they give us a double room for 3! We refuse because I chose 3 single beds and I had also paid months in advance. They were asking us to wait and get another room ready. It was 5pm , we are all tired of our journey .... Not even tea or coffee anything! Hours of waiting to finally give us the same chain either double bed and a cot umbrella! I share my dissatisfaction at the reception and I ask for the refund of the room because it is unacceptable that the room is not ready or in accordance with the reservation and I regret the lack of professionalism... they ask me to cancel the reservation so that they can refund me EXCEPT that it was a trap! Once I cancel from booking the reservation. They say see with booking for the refund!!
I call booking I get after 20 minutes waiting and call surcharged from abroad. They tell me that the cancellation is with fees that correspond to the price of the night , I explain that the cancellation is due to the non-compliance of the room and they reply that they will try to find a solution with the establishment so that finally I DID NOT GET MY MONEY back and I had to find and pay another hotel for that night.
They ruined my stay by wasting my time and money and even the day to visit eskisehir.
Really beware
Shame on them and RADISSON group to employ such unworthy people who have no relational, commercial and professional sense

Very poor cleaning and dirtiness !!!

First of all we love Turkey and Eskisehir, but this time in the center hotel of Radisson we were %100 dissapointed because of the cleanless of our room.
When we entered the room, the bathroom and the sink were dirty. The towels were just thrown away and the soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom. The bed was not done well. The room smelled of cigarette and there were cigarette butts on the floor of the terrace , besides the terrace and its windows were also dirty. Despite all this, we kept our tolerance and for the next day we requested the maintenance of the room. However, the housekeeping team didn't pay attention again to the room cleaning and we saw that only the garbage was taken out and not even the dust was removed by the maintenance. Duvets on the bed were tiny for a king size bed and they put two single duvets on the king size bed. We asked for extra duvets. The reception or the hotel management , I do not know , didn't want to give us extra duvets. Our children were cold because they couldn't cover themselves entirely with those single duvets. In the reception area , there was a blonde woman crying out to the staff. We could hear also the voice of this woman on the hotel floors. So the hotel was enough noisy even during day time. Next time we'll choose 'Hilton Inn' in Eskisehir. Never ever Radisson.. We have stayed in so many Radisson Individuals Hotels in the entire world, but this one in Eskisehir was really strange and the worst one among Radisson Individuals in the whole world!!!

The fried pepper and the beead were good surprises at the breakfast.
The parking for the car not very practical (got to walk 5 kibutes to reqch that).

LESS HOTEL

We went to Eskisehir for a weekend vacation.We picked this hotel because it was in the center, but it was just ridiculous that the first room was smelling of a bathroom. Our second local said we didn't have hair towels in the room, we were going to go, but they were never interested, they didn't open our front desk phones, etc. etc. so you can choose a more suitable hotel instead and be happy.
