Clean sand beach

A perfect clean hotel with great service!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, the pool and the beach are very clean.
The food is so delicious
The drinks at the bars are very varied and delicious!
I can only recommend.

Stres loading

The staff is busy. We went for relaxation and got out of the stress. It’s in line, and despite your turn, it’s written to the ladies in the back, and when you warn the staff, it’s from insult to punch. The nighttime manager who goes for a complaint is a separate matter. We left the hotel the next day, apologizing to the staff chief for helping.

Best beach and water sport service ever!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, lovely swimming pool area and fantastic beachside facilities. We have a disabled child and the hotel is quite accessible, flat for either the electric wheelchair or manual one. A big shoutout to the Dream Watersport team who couldn’t have done any more to help our disabled daughter access activities. They had her health and safety a priority and wouldn’t allow her to undertake the doughnut or paragliding since they said it wouldn’t be safe! After completing the activities we realised they were absolutely right! They lifted her onto a boat and nothing was too much trouble - including lifting her and her wheelchair onto to decking - would highly recommend Dream Watersports!! The only thing that spoils this review for the hotel is that my daughter’s money, sunglasses and driving license were stolen from Cabana 3 and we’ve had very limited support from the hotel to date. That’s been very disappointing and had this not happened and we had better support from the hotel this would have been a better rating.

Great hotel

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed, it could all German even the maids
Food was very varied in the buffet restaurant but for my feeling little for children
Rooms are very large and minibar is also filled every day but wiped the surfaces were only at the beginning, patted with the sunscreen on the second day and that was until the end where it happened
Beach is not extensive and you always get a lounger, different unfortunately at the pool bar if you don't get up in the early morning and reserved before breakfast you have no chance.
On the beach the a la carte "buffet" is really a great alternative to the right buffet, you eat more specifically and not as much as in the main buffet restaurant
Big drawback....the showers on the beach are felt ice showers every other screamed with cold
We were also massaging, were both massaged by a male masseur (full body 90 min), you must not be squeamish, everything is massaged except the intimate area
Evening shows and generally the entertainers are really trying very hard and give everything, some you see filled always and every day, highlight is Bingo & Sam they are really great
Photographer "Jonas" is super nice and not at all intrusive, if you get photographed and you don't like the photos, you don't have to take any
The goodbye was unfortunately very dry, no demand if everything fit or thank you that we were there or anything....we handed in the room card and good is
All in all it was still a very nice holiday and we would recommend it, were already the 3rd time in Turkey - and it was the best hotel so far

Animation really great

Hotel was fine Animation super eat mediocre and with a few exceptions waiter very unfriendly, great room location unfortunately with closed passage door, therefore very noisy... Turkey no bargain holiday and eat very easy
