Stay away from Dorus hotel! They posted on internet as a 4 star hotel but they do not deserve even 2 stars! So bad! ;(

Dirty with a lot of cockroaches in bathroom and even I my bed! Terrible ……. Terrible….. terrible….. do not recommend to anyone! On Booking it shows as a 4 star hotel! … but in real time it not even 2 star hotel! What a joke ))))))))))))))))))))))

Worst experience in Dorus Hotel

One of the worst experiences i ever had, bad room service, room mattress are un relax able, even they don't have thin pillows, i did not sleep whole night, i will not recommend anyone, just waisting of money..staff is not cooperative,Next time i will never ever come for this type of poor hotel

Selfish and greedy attitude towards visitors.

Good afternoon, I want to share my review and sad experience. As you know, on the evening of April 16, 2024, heavy rains hit the UAE. Streets, buildings, the subway were flooded, even the airport runways were drowned in water, cars simply floated along the roads. In the afternoon, when the weather was good, I, being in Sharjah, made a reservation through Tinkoff Bank for three days in this hotel located in Dubai from 04/17/2024 to 04/20/2004. Waking up in the morning and going out into the street, I was shocked, the road near the hotel was above knee level. (My height is 194 cm). In the multi-level parking lot at the hotel where I was staying, I had a car, a sedan. Driving on it was out of the question; water hammer would have been guaranteed. On April 17, 2024, after assessing the situation, I realized that it would be impossible to get to Dubai, taxis and buses were also floating on the roads, and swimming 20 km on foot was also not an option. At 10:00 I contacted representatives of Tinkoff Bank (I thank them very much, the most customer-oriented bank in my opinion). So, I asked them to cancel the reservation, due to the current situation, the guys responded immediately and for three days tried to convince the hotel to return the funds. The hotel provided unsubscribes for three days, and today they received a complete refusal to pay. In my opinion, it is low to profit from people who find themselves in a hopeless situation. In such situations, it seems to me, on the contrary, that we need to look for options to help people, and not take advantage of the misfortune of others. I believe in the boomerang of events and everything done badly to other people (as well as good things) will return a hundredfold. I wish you all success, be kinder to each other.

One of Worst hotels in Dubai fir the 4* category

One of the worst hotels I stayed in Dubai if the not the absolute worst.
Terrible staff.
Hard to even stop to load your luggage as no place to stop car out side even for 5 minute. So only good for someone walk in with no bags only.
Rooms are extremely old.
Towels were not given initially and had to ask for Them. They brought only 1 towel no face towels or hand etc.
Internet is completely a joke and disconnects continuously.
No hairdryer...
I am super shocked that this hotel given 4 stars... How, why?
I stayed in 2 stars hotels that had better accommodations.
