You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 60 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Suites Hotel reserve the right at all times to ask for photographic identification upon check in. Sometimes the property will charge a deposit. Payment will be required on arrival by credit/debit card only. Cash payment is not possible and will not be accepted. An authorization of your credit/debit card will be taken on check in. The Suites Hotel is a non-smoking Hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in non designated areas after your visit, the hotel will automatically charge your card GBP100 towards the cost of professionally cleaning your room and in some cases, service thereafter may be refused. This charge will be taken from the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. If on arrival you smell smoke in your room please notify reception immediately. Please note that Spa treatments need to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. All double bedded suites have a zip and link mattress.
