Fantastic hotel
Had a great weekend. This was a late valentines weekend for us and the whole weekend was amazing from start to finish.
Room was clean and comfy. Bed extremely spacious.
Staff are all lovely, professional and welcoming. Everyone had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
The grounds are beautiful and was lovely to see so much wildlife.
Food was included with our stay and although the set menu on the first night was a little disappointing, we opted for the main menu on the second night and was not disappointed at all. Great portion sizes and were great value (too big for me haha) Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice and again staff were amazing and so helpful.
Pool was clean and lifeguards were chatty and friendly which was great to see. Jacuzzi was lush .
Overall it was a great hotel and amazing staff. Thank you all for a great time.
I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and accommodating few days.

Lovely spa stay
I stayed here on a spa overnight stay with my nan, mum and auntie. I had a lovely time to hotel room was lovely and clean. Spacious. We had a lovely day in the spa the treatments were amazing. I had. Neck shoulder and back massage from Jess who was brilliant my auntie had Elouise who she said was amazing too! We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and the staff were so friendly especially Avani. I believe she went above and beyond for us and made our experience delightful. Overall, the staff are really friendly the place is clean the amenities are good. I would recommend. My only moan I would say is I booked the room for 3 and it had things for 2 people in and when we asked for extra tea and sugar at reception they were a little stingey.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Iolanda during breakfast at the Forest of Arden Hotel, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was attentive without being intrusive, made sure everything was perfect with my meal, and even remembered the little details that made the experience feel special. Great stay in a well appointed, clean and tidy hotel
The reviews are a little mixed for this hotel, but thought to still give it a go.
Yes it's a little older hotel, not a brand new development.
However the building and grounds are well maintained and inside is clean and tidy.
Polite welcome on reception and the room was comfy, clean and tidy.
Well appointed bathroom and good shower pressure.
Couldn't really asked for anything else and will return if in the area on business.
Cannot comment on food as didn't eat there
